I
don't remember the exact command, but I know it has to be done in order to
upgrade a Windows 2000 domain to a Windows 2003 domain. Read the
documentation to find the exact command.

I would think it is possible if you update the Windows 2000 schema first. Don't know for sure as I haven't worked much with Windows Server 2003 yet.
