Perhaps try doing this to reset it to factory, and see if that clears
it....

I have one computer that will not take the setting from my GPO to have
the
screensaver timeout of 10 minutes.  It is configured for 30 minutes
somewhere. 

This is the only machine where this happens
All other machines follow the correct time.
All workstations are in the same OU
There are no other GPO in the line of inheritance
SECEDIT has been run on the machine (it is 2000 incase I didn't mention
that)
I have also restarted the machine.
The log files show that all GPO settings were applied correctly.

What else do I so?
