Are you using a logon script by setting the scriptpath
attribute on the user or through a User based GPO.
If the former, verify that the attribute is indeed set and
replicated to all DCs involved.
If the later verify that GPO's are replicated and being
processed.
For both of them make sure the script is replicated where
it needs to be (assuming it is in netlogon) or that it is reachable and readable
for the specified user.
For scriptpath settings I find a network trace invaluable
for troubleshooting logon script issues.

Subject: [ActiveDir] Login script problems
I setup a test login script just to map a few drives and it seems some users get it but 90% do not. Does anyone know what it could be or a tool to troubleshoot something like this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
