The employeeID is not one of standard attributes visible in Active Directory 
Users and Computers.  If you really want to include this then I believe you 
need to do some work with display specifiers.

You could maybe consider using instead another attribute with a similar syntax 
that *is* visible in the UI, e.g. description.  It might make your life easier.

For bulk population of the attribute you could consider CSVDE (creation only), 
LDIFDE, ADSI script or a 3rd party tool.

Hello all

 

Is there a way that I can enable Employee Number / ID in the user
properties. I should see the Employee ID in the user properties and
enter the employee number in bulk to all users using a script.
