I Agree with Jordon....don't rely on ADMT if you wanted to go ahead with the parallel upgrade. I had several issues with the ADMT and MS was not able to resolve the problems and ended up migrating the pc's manually and then doing the security translation.....i suggest you better get NETIQ tools for migration...
Do not suggest a parallel upgrade for w2k to w2k3 unless your old domain is an upgrade from NT to w2k3...
