[ActiveDir] Alternative to Quest ERDisk and Recovery Manager for AD

Hello Everyone,               Does anyone know of a tool or suite of tools that would be able to replace both Quest ERDisk and Recovery Manager for AD?  Thank you in advance for your help!   Tom
