Just curious. Seems that you're changing the password and then deleting the account. If you need to access that information using that account, I can understand. Just figured I'd check.
Other than that, it seems like when you're done, you'll have an archive of the users mail and desktop configuration/data and will have removed that user account. That sounds like the goals are being met to me.
