[ActiveDir] AD alerting tools

Does anyone know of any good tools that will notify me if a new AD account is Created/Deleted? I have a lot of remote DCs and admins and I want to be notified when they add or delete an account. I have auditing setup on their account and I run Eventcomb daily for 630 events but I’m looking for a tool that will send me notifications.   Thanks in advance   Mike
