I'm no Exchange expert so take with a bucket of salt. 1. Basic- are there GC's in the clients site? 2. It was my understanding that DSProxy and DSAccess on Exchange use the GC's in the Exchange server's site. Since outlook initally is getting the list of GC's from DSProxy, perhaps you have to make a change on Exchange itself.
But like I said, I'm no expert.
