If I am reading this thread correctly, just disconnecting a user is not enough (unless you want to connect back as that same user). Disconnecting will not free up one of your allowed 2 administrative TS connections. You must log off the connection to free up the slot. And, yes, Terminal Services Manager is a very easy way to do this. Mike Thommes
