DHCPCMD from the reskit should give you what you're looking
for.

or script to dump the information in DHCP to a file? My DHCP admins want to see
what MAC addresses are assigned to what IP address. It’s too large to do by hand
because there are a couple of hundred scopes and 10s of thousands of addresses.
