Hi there, looks like you've hit the problem of disabling accounts. basically, because you've disable the account(s) you want to exmerge no-one can access them. I think you'll be fine if you enable them and try again.
One other thing to make sure of though: confirm they're not hidden from the GAL as exmerge can't find the mailbox if it is.
