Not a drive mapped by some user. However you could make a network connection to a remote machine, this should be UNC based and will be in the security context of the server itself unless you specify credentials for the connection.
 
Note that while it is *possible* to connect a drive letter like that, it is highly discouraged. MS has been telling developers not to do that for years (at least since NT4 SP3) and instead use UNCs as I mentioned avove.
 
You will need to configure the share to allow the security context of the machine in question to connect.
