No, what you are stating below is incorrect. You can add three entries to your host file. On your IIS box, configure corresponding Host Header values for your three sites. Then you can access all three sites by name - no need to use alternate ports.
However you mentioned accessing sites by IP address: " How can I access the individual URL using IP " Which to me means you want to use the IP address in the URL, rather than the host name.
