I've done a release candidate build of ActiveMQ 4.0 M4 and have

Lets kick it around and verify that it passes any apache release
requirements.

[ ] -1 Veto the milestone release (provide specific comments)
If this vote passes, I think we still need to get incubator PMC buy
off and we need to put together release notes.
