I put it under activemq/ openwire-cpp. I uploaded the smart pointer header dependencies that the code has up to http://www.codehaus.org/~chirino/util/ifr/v1 It should be possible to cook up a build script the does a wget of the .hpp files automatically so that folks don't need to manually download.
