New update available, the 060404 update has been tested for sending/receiving
text messages on Window/Linux using ActiveMQ 4.0RC1. A new test folder is
included with the first simple test code in TestMain.cpp. Also, the make files
for *nix has been updated; to be able to build you need to set three
environment variables before starting make.
export MAKESUPPORT_HOME=/top/dir/of/c++/client
export OSTYPE=linux
export CONFIG=debug | release
Note! Don't run the groovy scripts to generate the commands since they are
out-of-date and will be updated later.
