Update maven/maven2 repos with new activemq and activemq-ra jars

It would be nice to have ActiveMQ 4.1.x on the maven repositories so that we
can use them for maven/maven2 built projects.
Currently I'm using ActiveMQ embedded and I can't use version 4.1.0 which has a
memory leak fix unless I maintain my own repos.
