It looks like the first consumer that connects to a message group "owns" the
message group and is sent all messages until that consumer disconnects. Is
there a way to specify which consumer owns the message group? Say I have
three consumers listening to one message group, can I specify which one owns
the message group, which is next in line, and which is last?
