Hi Listers,

we can't use my with a typeglob because typeglobs are part of the symbol
table and my stores things on a scratchpad, which is entirely separate from
the symbol table.

my *symbol = *other_symbol

However, I want to explain this error message to my class and I don't know
what it means, exactly:

"Can't declare ref-to-typeglob cast in my..."

I couldn't find this error in the Camel book. What exactly does it mean?
What ref is involved here? Is 'ref' mentioned because a typeglob is
strangely related to a ref, or because it is a ref?

I understand that I should use local with a typeglob, and I understand why
I'm getting an error, but what does this error message mean, exactly?

Thanks in advance, muchly

David
