I'm not sure whether you're asking the right people but I'd think the best
place for this is in JavaScript.
In your frame:
<BODY onLoad='parent.document.title="Title2";'>
Should do the trick. The problem is that when reloading the frame the server
has no concept of the fact that it is a frame and therefore it can't really
return anything in the <HEAD> area to affect it's parent.
Try www.javascript.com to dig further - the above only seems to work in
Internet Explorer.
