Hello,
I am trying to get scoop running in Windows. I have everything working except for the account creation. It works occasionally and seemingly randomly at best. It seems to work once, and then will not work again for some indeterminate amount of time. I have set the smtp server in Sendmail.pm to my isp�s smtp server. Right away after doing that it worked. Every time since, no dice.
If anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated.
