Question:

On your workstation, where you developed it, are you an admin or power user?
On the target machine, are you the same?

I don't know if that will play in on this problem, but I have seen some funky issues 
with one machine a user is Admin/Power user and another they are not.

found out a bit more now... It seems my app is running normally, it's just
initially hidden behind a fullscreen "TclNotifier" Window. Where does that
come from? Why do I only get that on the other machine? Only difference is
the language, mine is german w2k, the other is english...
