I'm not sure if things have changed, but when I installed Eclipse and
EPIC a few months ago, I found that the debugger would not work with
Eclipse 3.1.  I installed Eclipse 3.0 instead and everything works
properly.  The problem was supposed to be fixed "soon", but I have
never checked on it.
