Hi -
I am running ActivePerl on several Win2000
servers with many domains and scripts on each server. I have PLX_IISMAP
set to TRUE and all my scripts have plx extensions.
After several years of nominal operations there are increasing errors where
the PerlIS.dll seems to hang and all scripts return "script
produced no output" to the browser. When I reboot IIS everything is ok
again, for a while. The perl error log just says "Out of memory".
This error is happening with increasing frequency on both servers. The
machines run different scripts with different databases, Access and
SQL server, but they both get the same error. I am using both the ODBC and
DBI modules. I am thinking about setting PLX_IISMAP
to false. I assume this will solve my problems but first I thought I would
post to this list and see if anyone else has similar problems. From
searching the archives I'm finding posts from five or six years ago (!) but
nothing recent. Any advice would be
appreciated.
