Some more information -
Once the worker process fails to recycle, all of the PerlEx web sites on the
server are hung, but all of the CGI and ASP.NET web sites work fine.
This means that it is not IIS per se that is jammed, but something to do with
worker processes that use the PerlEx dll.
This seems to imply that PerlEx has some machine-wide state information that is
getting jammed.
Does the Perl 5.10 release improve on PerlEx at all?
