Well Jason, the purpose of the list is to get multiple responses to an issue - thereby having a better chance of finding a reasonable solution. Circumventing the list doesn't do that and until we've seen some of your help to members of the list, we have no idea whether your a knowledgeable/helpful resource or not. So feel free to offer your help to the list so we can see what your abilities are.
