I didn't actually check the 5.10 repository database when responding to your first mail, but now that I test it out locally, it looks like DBD-ODBC is there and installs successfully via PPM. If you have a chance, could you give it another try and if it still fails, submit a bug at http://bugs.activestate.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=ActivePerl ?
