You need an OEM redistribution license if you want to redistribute ActivePerl with your application. Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] for more information. You don't need an OEM license if you just distribute your own app and let the end-user download and install ActivePerl from www.activestate.com themselves. You also don't need any additional license if you distribute your application as a packaged executable using PAR/PerlApp/Perl2exe.
