Hi Ben Marsh,
Thanks a lot for the snippet. I could get the module and installed
it manually. PPM did not work for me.
Thanks and Regards,
Ramesh Chandra

I think it is still available from the ppm repository on roth.net. The
ppd file says that there is a file containing the 5.8 version of
Win32::Perms
http://roth.net/perl/packages/Win32-Perms.ppd
--SNIP--
<IMPLEMENTATION>
<!-- Perl Version="5008" -->
<OS NAME="MSWin32" />
<ARCHITECTURE NAME="MSWin32-x86-multi-thread-5.8" />
<CODEBASE
HREF="http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/x86/Win32/Perms_5008.tar.gz" />
</IMPLEMENTATION>
--SNIP--
Read the section on Adding Package Repositories at
http://www.roth.net/perl/packages/ for information on configuring ppm to
download and install Win32::Perms for your perl.

Hello,
Where can I download PPM module of Win32::Perms for Active Perl

for 5.6 and 5.5. I need it for Active Perl 5.8 (5.8.8 build 822). So,
can anybody help me in giving me the info?
Thanks and Regards,
Ramesh Chandra
