Are you doing this in Windows or Solaris ? Assuming solaris, run below one to
check if ODBC is installed in the solaris m/c from the o/p.
perl -MDBI -e 'DBI-> installed_versions;'
if not there download from cpan as -
perl -MCPAN -e "install ..."
Visit cpan site.
