It is working for me. Which version of ActivePerl are you using? And did you install MinGW/dmake yourself, or via `ppm install MinGW`?

If so, did anyone find a solution for it? And yes, I know that I can install modules through ppm as well, but (1) Moose 1.03 is not yet in ppm and (2) when on the road and without internet access I install modules from a local minicpan.
