I get a QUIT on either Ctrl-Break or CTRL-ScrollLock (but not on my
remapped CapsLock key - only on the real ones) and INT on Ctrl-C.
Not sure if that's of any use.  I'm using tcsh though.  In cmd.exe,
I also get an INT on Ctrl-X.
