Hello Phillip,

Math::Currency fails its tests on Windows for any version of Perl (not only
Windows, it fails on other systems too: PASS
(275) FAIL (156) NA (14) UNKNOWN (3))
You should contact author and ask him if he has plans for fixing this.
Once fixed, this module will appear in repositories.

If you don't want to wait, you can try "perl Build.PL / Build / Build install"
way. It's pure-perl, you'll have no
problem with installing it yourself (other than it's failing their own tests,
which indicates that this module may fail
for you in production environment).
