Hello and Marry Christmas,

I have tried to install Wx from ActiveState's ppm repository, using:

E:\usr\site\bin>ppm s Wx
1: Wx
interface to the wxWidgets cross-platform GUI toolkit
Version: 0.9701
Released: 2010-02-11
Repo: ActiveState Package Repository

E:\usr\site\bin>ppm inst 1
Downloading Wx-0.9701...done
Unpacking Wx-0.9701...done
Generating HTML for Wx-0.9701...done
Updating files in site area...done
143 files installed
E:\usr\site\bin>

The module looks to be installed well, but when I tried to run a WxPerl-based
program, it gave the following error:

"Can't load 'E:/usr/site/lib/auto/Wx/Wx.dll' for module Wx: load_file:The
specified module could not be found at E:/usr/lib/DynaLoader.pm line 201."

I use ActivePerl 5.10.1 under Windows XP Pro and ppm is configured with the
ActiveState ppm repository at:
http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x86/5.10/1007/package.xml

Is there something wrong with the WxPerl distribution on ActiveState's ppm
repository?

Thanks.

Octavian
