I submit a request (I believe it happens on form POSTs), and get back a page that is empty except for the "HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error" message.
I see this occur with some regularity (more than daily) on my IIS servers, including the production server. If I just reload the page, everything works fine. But this is obviously a bit unprofessional looking.
I don't believe the machine is under any heavy load or otherwise resource constrained.
What's happening? What do I do about it?
