I need to replace Unicodes in an HTML/XML File to the appropriat symbols. I tried to
use Encode qw/encode decode/; but no success.
I have got an XML file where codes like © ª « etc are given. I want to
convert them to © ª « respectively. Any pointer to a good document or any suggestion
is most welcome.
