Well, hostmonster controls the rails system - they have it setup so
that it does not stop or start, its just there somehow - dont ask me,
i cant answer that. but maybe you have some insight?
the error is "Application error
Rails application failed to start properly"
I changed the environment to "development" but I still do not see any
additional error messages.
Now, if i remove the /vendor/plugins/active_scaffold directory the
site works, and if i try to navigate to a page i know has active
scaffold I get this error message (maybe this will help?):

-One thing I should note: the site is located in a different directory
than it used to on the host - it used to be under "public" but now it
is "test" so imagine domainname.com/test instead of domannaim.com/
public
or for the area where the active scaffold is located domainname.com/
test/admin
interestingly i found that if I try to log out of admin (when i remove
active scaffold calls to see if I can atleast log in) it tells me that
domainname.com/logout does not exist - however it should be set to
domainname.com/test/logout.
Is there a link to these issues? if not, lets stick to the active
scaffold problem.
