Further information. I've narrowed it down to the date_select
helper. When I run the date_select :record, :next_show command, it
outputs name="record[][next_show(1i)]" instead of the proper
name="record[next_show(1i)]" although I'm not particularly sure as to
WHY it's doing that. It's not Rails 2.3 directly, as I made a clean
2.3 app, ran the command in console, removed the active_scaffold
plugin and ran it again in console and it properly formed. Is there a
hook into the helpers that's possibly causing this?
