Shot in the dark group.... I have a column helper that checks for a parent_id, if there it is there, the link sends the user to the parent record for editing if not just sends the user to it's own edit.
All the standard actions are still there, this link is just for convenient parent editing...so it's not critical. btw,softstatus is a virtual column.
