Hi

I'm facing a trouble having to use column.set_link, resulting in a
page crash:

class DomainsController < ApplicationController
  active_scaffold do |config|
    config.columns.add :name
      config.columns[field].set_link "show"     # Crash!
    end
  end
end

Error message rendered is:
You have a nil object when you didn't expect it!
The error occurred while evaluating nil.name

Extracted source (around line #14):

11:     <% column_value = get_column_value(record, column) -%>
12:
13:     <td class="<%= column_class(column, column_value) %>" >
14:       <%= render_list_column(column_value, column, record) %>
15:     </td>
16:   <% end -%>
17:   <% if active_scaffold_config.action_links.any? {|link| link.type
== :record } -%>

This exact issue has already been discussed in July 2009, a guy
reported exactly the same problem for his Rails 2.1 installation:
http://groups.google.com/group/activescaffold/browse_thread/thread/107c3b2c68273d99/a74878b5966a3767

As far as I understand, Kenny Ortmann helped the guy and pushed the
fix into 2.1 AS branch.

Can the similar fix be pushed into 2.2 branch as well? Please? :)
