We have an RFP for the building of 3 model-driven web-app prototypes to demonstrate data reuse and interoperability of our data standards (casrai.org). We want to ensure a Rails proposal is included with the Django, Drupal and GWT proposals we are expecting. For a copy of the RFP directly email the poster so as not to clutter the group discussion.
