Hi,
mark_all did not work correctly for embedded controllers.
Unfortuently, I ve messed up my fork. So please replace the following
in list_columns_helper.rb
def mark_column_heading
url_params = {:action => 'mark_all'}
url_params = {:controller => params_for[:controller], :action =>
'mark_all', :eid => params[:eid]}
