Sorry, select tag has another options hash before html options hash, try with 
this:
select :record, :valorae, select_options, {}, :name => input_name, :id => id

Probably you will need to pass '[users]' (the scope) to 
active_scaffold_input_options in order to get right id, you will have to use a 
fixed scope because I think you can't get current scope.
