Ok, that's not a solution from 'inside ActiveScaffold'. But an example
of how to do a form with sub and sub-subform can be found at
https://github.com/ryanb/complex-form-examples/tree/deep.
It was very useful for me to manage a complex form with more than one
level of nesting.
