Windows XP Home is cheaper than Windows XP Pro, and it is "missing" certain
features, for example IIS, and the ability to join a Windows NT/2k/XP Domain
(it can only operate in workgroup mode). Thus it is aimed at the home user
market, not at the (a) Business market, (b) Developer market, (c) Power User
market.

If you want the goodies, you need to get Windows XP Professional. Try this
