We don't have a separate export control policy.  Within a computing /
information technology focus, our general computing policy states:

   1. *Abiding by laws, policies, contracts and licenses -* Authorized
   Users must comply with all federal, Michigan, and other applicable laws;
   all generally applicable University rules and policies; and all applicable
   contracts and licenses. Users are responsible for ascertaining,
   understanding, and complying with the laws, rules, policies, contracts, and
   licenses applicable to their particular uses.

   Examples of such laws, rules, policies, contracts and licenses include
   without limitation:
