Hi Nicole,

The policy in place at KU, Animals in 
Buildings<http://policy.ku.edu/provost/animals-in-buildings>, permits animals 
“needed for emotional support” in student housing only. In other locations on 
campus, animals must meet the definition of a service animal as defined by the 
ADA.

Good afternoon. Does anyone have sample policies, that they would be willing to 
share, regarding service animals (including those for emotional support)? We 
seem to have more and more students making requests for such animals and I 
would like to revamp our current policy a bit.
