Hi Louisa & welcome! I hope to see you at the ACUPA conference in Minneapolis in May!!
We currently do not have a policy specific to Faculty Load. We do have a compensation specialist in HR who works with our academic deans and coordinators on faculty load. Banner software (Ellucian product) is used extensively to track all faculty load and has modules that allow tracking extra duties such as committee work, advising, curriculum development, etc. I hope this helps! I seek assistance regarding a solution in support of our Faculty Load Policy. We seek a solution that allows us to track the various duties as assigned. The extra assignments of committees, special task force, tutoring, advising etc. Is there a solution that you would recommend for this need? Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
