At Memorial University, we have a Travel Outside of Canada policy, which is
available here: http://www.mun.ca/policy/site/policy.php?id=279 .

Subject: [acupa-l] Student Travel

Hello Colleagues,

We are working thorough our best practices regarding class field trips and
student activities off-campus events. I am wondering if you can share your
policies and best practices for student travel. Forms that are used and where
they are stored etc... Also, riding in another students car or faculty
transporting of students questions have surfaced. Do you have student
transportation polices, practices and/or guidelines?
